We should drink at least 2 to 3 litres of water per day. That can get pretty boring. The title says it all really, here is a super quick idea to add some refreshing flavour to your water.
Simply add a couple of leaves of fresh mint and a few thin slices of cucumber, et voila! It has a subtle and super refreshing taste. Plus the oils in the mint really help with your digestion.
